WHAT IS OPEN JUMP?
Open Jump refers to the time we are open to walk-in jumpers. Come jump, swing, and play with us during this time for all ages and abilities. If we are closed for a private event or any other reason we will post that information.
CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
At this time we are not able to support Gift Cards. We are actively working on designing this feature into the new software.
HOW DO I BOOK A BIRTHDAY PARTY?
You can book a birthday 24/7 online by clicking here. or call 719-999-5062 for more information or to contact our Event Manager.
DO I NEED A RESERVATION?
No, reservations are only available for groups of 12+ jumpers. If you have less than 12 jumpers you may walk-in during any Open Jump time. If we happen to be sold-out when you arrive you may purchase the next available time slot. Our wait time is usually less than 20 minutes.
DO I HAVE TO PAY TO WATCH?
Nope, all looky-loo’s are free as long as you have a guest jumping. There is no admission charge for spectators.
MILITARY DISCOUNT?
Yes, thank you for your service. Show your valid military ID and save $1 off your jump time and join us on Monday’s for our Military Monday’s and receive $2 off admissions.

ARE YOU BUSY TODAY?
Weekends and holidays are the busiest times. There is usually more open space available during weekdays. Occasionally we will have to delay your jump time by 20-40 minutes due to safety capacity limits on the attractions. We apologies for this inconvenience but we wish to keep all guest safe and ensure a good experience. Call our front desk for a real-time update. 719-999-5062. If we don’t answer we are busy helping a customer.

IS THERE A WEIGHT LIMIT?
Please note that certain attractions have set weight limits that must be enforced. Trampolines: There is no set weight limit, but the chances of being injured increase significantly if the jumper exceeds 225 pounds. Battle Joust & Wipeout have a maximum weight limit of 200lbs per person. Always jump within your ability and check with your physician before participating.

I'M GUARDIAN FOR THE DAY...CAN I SIGN THE WAIVER OF A MINOR?
No, only the minor’s parent or court-appointed legal guardian is allowed to sign the waiver for a minor.
CAN I BRING IN MY OWN FOOD AND DRINK?
We do NOT allow outside food or drink unless you have a birthday party package scheduled. We have a free water fountain and a small selection of drinks and snacks available for purchase.
I SIGNED A DIGITAL WAIVER ONLINE, NOW WHAT?
You’re all set! Log out of your account and come on in! The online waiver is valid for 12 months from date of signing.
